The Today Show

On June 10th 2002, HOTROD had the unequaled privilige of performing on NBC's TODAY Show. This was all part of TODAY's week-long segment on Father's Day makeovers. Contest winner Ronnie Caveness of Little Rock, Arkansas had his wardrobe redone and then fulfilled a life long wish to croon like 'The King' on stage. We were more than happy to be his backup band.

All in all, it was a wonderful experience. We can't say enough good things about the technicians and staff at NBC Studios. A really big 'thank you' goes out to local favorite Joe 'Elvis' Borelli for being our 'King' expert for the day. Now that we've had a taste of 'live' network television, we're ready for our close-up Mr.Spielberg! Please enjoy the pictures below.
